I have the same thing man it sucks. Mine kinda went away but I still have some pain there. I've been doing some reading and it could be just a swollen vein, a popped blood vessel, a blood clot, or a wart/cyst, I'm trying just to take my mind off of it and it works in helping the discomfort. I'm just like you I don't wanna tell my parents cause its embarresing and I don't want some doctor all up in my buisness if you know what I mean. Today I used some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton swab and ir seemd to take the bump away. I really hope this gets answered cause I need to get rid of it my football season starts in a week
