bump under arm and sometimes there is weird discharge that comes from it

I get this bump under my arm that at times can get so big it stretches my skin and when it pops there's this weird looking discharge that comes from it. Any idea of what it could be?

Hi, it could be an infected sweat gland causing a boil to form, I would go to the doctor and get it checked out as simple antibiotics may cure it for you :-)
