I have some sort of a hard bump under the skin of my left vaginal lip, and at first thinking it was a pimple of somesort, tried sqeezing it but nothing happened. any suggestions as to what it is? (P.S. virgin here... STD's are ruled out)

It sounds like a sebaceous cyst. They aren't dangerous, they can come from a clogged hair follicle and can fill with keratin. It won't pop like a pimple and should go away on it's own.

if i soak it in hot/warm warm water will it go away? what should i do because now its very irritated and it hurts!
