okay I'm really freaked out and I need help. Today inrealized a small(tiny) fleshy bump near my anus. It was the slightest bit itchy. If I touch it it barley hurts and it's not pain at all just slight pressure. Please let me know what it could be because i get panic attacks from things like this.also I am a virgin so that could help you cross out certain explanations. Please give me a  Diagnosis
