I've just recently noticed one bump near the base of my penis. There has always been a smaller bump, one that looked just like the other ones...and I recognize that these are hair folices. My question is, could this bump me an ingrown hair possibly? I've been sexually active since age 14, and I've always used a condom until my girlfriend just recently got on the depo shot (birth control). Since then we havent been using condoms, but she has recieved an std check recently. Also, I have had blood tests within the last 6 months and I would assume that they would tell me if I was infected.
