Will these white spots on penis go away?

ive been doing some research and i have white spots or bumps all on the bottom of my shaft and stuff, i believe its sebacious promecies but it might be fordyce spots, how can i identify them and

Is there anyway to stop or make these things go away.
Like sebacious Promecies has to do with glands so could i slow down those glands

ive been using zit cream but idk sometimes i see more spots
