burning feet and itching hands

I have hypothyroidism and a bad vitamin d deffenciancy. Recently if Iam on my feet for any amount of time a spot on the bottom of my feet will start burning and swelling like I've been bitten, but each time its a different area but same on both feet. I have also been experienceing bout of severe itching especially all over both hands and arms. I'm a 50 yr old female. Slightly overweight but not not much. Have back problems due to breasts being too large. Getting a little scared pl help
