My foreskin came back recently during my first intercourse. Head of my penis is bigger than shaft hence the foreskin is stuck at the bottom of the head. Head is very sensitive and it is burning. Do i need to under go circumcision?? is it normal to have the foreskin stuck at the bottom of the head and the newly out head will be sensitive and burning.
