burning while peeing, then small semen like discharge.

Hello everyone. Well, at about 7 am this morning i was up with my son and had to go to the bathroom. I was going number 2, and was straining very very hard. I was straining for about 20 minutes. Then after i finally defecated, i began to pee. Barely any urine was coming out, but i had a very bad burning sensation towards the head of my penis. I tried to push the urine out then a small semen like substance came out. Then i thought i would take a nap (i was up all night with my 11 month old son), then deal with it when i woke up. And since i have woke up it has not burned at all. I have read that the semen like discharge could have been from a prostatic strain, which makes perfect sense. But I have not read anything about BURNING during this prostatic secretion. Is it normal to burn during this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have no insurance and cannot afford to go to a doctor right now. Thanks.
