You are right on. It sounds like a stupid thing to pin all these symptoms on but I concur with your response. I have lived with all these symptoms for 20 plus years and tried cutting all different things out of my diet to no avail. I have thought for years that if I could change my breathing pattern and habits, symptoms would melt away. It just seems too easy...... but when you live so long like this, it is so engrained that it is very difficult to learn to breath again. No medication can help this. You have to make a concerted effort to get yourself to relax and the breathing will come with it. I have been trying for three years to change these habits......... Not Easy and still very much a work in progress. Tony31, it is nice to hear that someone else thinks outside the box. People over think everything in todays world and always reach for the quick fix. I have told people close to me about how the way I breath makes me feel like c**p and no ones takes me serious. -chris

Hello,
Sorry to hear that you are having so many problems. I have a daughter that has had the same symptoms since she was about 6 years old. Went to many doctors and had many tests. We stumbled on the solution when she got into some fiber bars and had eaten to many. She had 5 bowel movements the first day and 2-3 for the next 3 days. Almost all her symptoms went away and she started to eat again and maintain a healthy weight. She now eats one fiber bar a day and is very regular . Turns out that although she had a bowel movement every day, It was incomplete and would build up in her system causing many problems. Many people have this issue and don't know it. She is now in high school and doing great. The doctors never looked at incomplete bowel movements as a problem and to this day I don't understand how this was not the first place to start. Also drink plenty of water during the day to keep thing moving. Fiber bars with 9 grams of fiber will work the best to keep. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Hope everyone here posted found some sort of relief on this. I am having same problem and besides taking stomach med. I am drinking fennel tea with raw ginger slices, that helps a lot, also if gets really really bad that I can't breath that time, I take really big breath ,hold a few seconds and let it go, doing this for a while helps me a lot especially on the lightheadness. You can check with fennel tea and ginger interactions with your medications you are taking, but it does help me a lot..

I told my chiropractor a few of my symptons and she told me I had a yeast build-up. Went home and researched the yeast thing and found so many corelations that I was floored; food intolerances, bloating, light headedness, headaches, insomnia, chemical sensitivity and so on. The problem, of course, is it is a very difficult diet to follow. Do you know how many things have yeast in them? Anyway, anyone else have similar problems?

I have been having these symptoms and many more for the last year. the dr's kept telling me it was just anxiety and acid reflux. Finally about 3 months ago i was diagnosed with H. Pylori. You should get tested just to make sure.

Another note: Most doctors know nothing about diet because diet effects everyone differently. They are not Nutritionists and if it's not an allergic reaction they don't know what foods are doing to you!

I know this thread is super old, but I just came across it. I've been experiencing the same issues for a couple years now. I'm 29 and female and I've had plenty of blood tests and x-rays done with the end result being diagnosed with IBS. I was having the most difficult at night not being able to lay down all the way because it would make me feel nauseous and uncomfortable. The nausea was weird though because it wasn't coming from my stomach, it felt lower (intestines). Later I realized I developed an intolerance to dairy. However, I am still experiencing the lightheadedness, difficulty burping or getting relief from burping and anxiousness. I've experimented in the last couple days and have found relief following an anti-inflammatory diet. I believe the inflammation in my body has made it difficult for oxygen to get where it needs to be causing the lightheadedness. I have cut down on how much coffee I drink in the morning to about half a cup and I drink cold water before and after the coffee. This has helped me tremendously in the mornings. I used to feel almost dizzy in class and constantly fidgeting because I needed to burp, but couldn't. The last two days I've felt perfectly fine. For the night time when I'm not feeling well, I use peppermint essential oil and rub it on my stomach. I mix it equal parts with apricot kernel oil to dilute the peppermint, as it's too strong to place directly on the skin (4 drops peppermint, 4 drops apricot). This does WONDERS for nausea. Alcohol is definitely another trigger for me, mostly beer and red wine. I try to avoid both, especially when eating & drinking. some of my favorite foods to eat with anti-inflammatory benefits are avocados, salmon, almonds, walnuts, whole grain foods, basil, tomatoes, tofu, soybeans, spinach, green beans, bell peppers, squash, and blueberries. Also, anytime I really want to eat dairy I just take the lactase enzyme pills. Hope this helps someone out there! I struggled trying to figure out what works for me, but everyone is different.
