im only 19 years old and im a girl ... for the past 2 years ive had occasional pains in my .. well butt .. recently ive been having blood in my stools, mainly when i wipe, at first i thought i was just straining but then i began getting the pains down behind again ... please help ... i have no health insurance also, so i cant really go see a doctor ...

Do you go regulary?
Could you be constipated?
Are your stools soft an easy to pass?
If you pass hard stools then it could be causing scratching inside.
Try eating more fibra an see if it helps.
If not an the blood continues, then you need to see a doctor.
