blood in stool

my stomach bloats out, then i go to the toilet and i have balls of blood with a white surrounding, and i also have a fair amount of blood on the tissue, also sometimes blood almost squirts out, the blood that squirts out is bright red, when i examined my stool i also saw streaks of blood in my stools. i do not know if this makes any difference but my stomach gurgles alot and i have sharp pains sometimes.

i hope you can help me, as i am in spain and need to know if i need to go home to have this checked out by a doctor.
