I had c4-7 disc fusion and now my hands hurt all the time. Will my hands ever get their strength back? They hurt all the time, plus pinky fingers are always numb since the surgery. What can I do?

I had my second neck surgery, C4-T1 fused together! A couple of months later I woke up with horrible neck pain & the worst headache ever! It hasn't stopped yet! What could be causing this?
