I'm spotting and I took a pregnancy test twice and it says that I'm positive. It's only been 2 weeks since my last period. I don't know what to do. I really need help as soon as possible. Yes you could well be pregnant, but very unlikely if you took the morning after pill properly, you can take a test as of the first day of your missed period do bear in mind that sometimes it take a couple of days after your missed period to actually get a positive it took me 2 months - good luck :) x
