It doesn't matter if you stand on your head. If 1 sperm cell make's it to the ovum, your pregnant. Many say to lay in bed or don't go to the bathroom right after, but i say it doesn't matter. Semen usually does spill out after intercourse, but it only take's one of those little guy's to make it to its destination.
