Okay, i'm going into high school and have not been nervous or scared but i used to eat 3 times a day and i would run around 5 at night. But lately iv'e only been eating once or twice every 2 or 3 days and my stomach always says i need food and i get shaky but my head says i shouldn't and when i do eat i gag and ether dry heave or puke. I like food i don't mind eating but i'm starting to hate it. Is this like the start of a eating disorder? because no i'm down to one meal about every 2 days can it be stress that i don't know about or don't realize i have? pliz helppppppppp!
