Im 16 and she is 15. Me and her were in bed just kissing and i pre-cummed about 3 times on my stomach, so i just simply wiped it away. about 10 minutes later, i fingered her with the same hand i wiped it away with ( I had wiped it on a tissue). After that i put a condom on and we had sex. However we were only engaged in intercourse for about 3 minutes before we stopped and I had not ejaculated. She was supposed to have her period around April 29. We had sex on April 26. She has also not taken a lot of her birth control. sometimes she would take it 3 times a week, other times she would take it 5+ times a week. She say that she has been nauseous and even smelling most food will make her want to throw-up. Do you think she is or can be pregnant?

From your description it would be unlikely that she could get pregnant. If her period was due on April 29 and you had sex three days earlier, the egg would not be viable.
Any sperm on your finger would have died when it dried out.
The erratic schedule with her pills can make her have some of these odd feelings. It can also mess up the timing of her period. She really needs to start taking them on a regular basis. Basically, while she is taking the active pills she won't have her period. A few days after she stops the active pills she'll start her period.
I don't think she's pregnant. I think she has confused her system.
