you could get pregnant but the chances of that happening are slim, especially if you both had on underwear and you didn't get it inside you, sperm typically dies once it hits the air. i wouldn't stress about it unless you get your period late (unlikely). just be safe if you go any farther with him. i'm 16 and i've had similar situations happen but stressing over something like this when the chances of getting pregnant are extremley low to begin with isn't good for you. just try to keep your mind off of it.

I think that a kid should learn ahead of time so when there older they can be prepared and wont be laughed at for not knowing things. Age makes no difference for maturity or mind structure. Just wanted to add my two cents. I have a 12 year old son that is a fine example of what can happen when you're "messing around" without having sex and not having a condom on. Of course, I'm very grateful for him because shortly after we found out his dad passed away. I believe that a child is such an AMAZING example of God's work that if he/she is meant to be...it'll be. No matter what. Thus the reason some children are conceived whether or not birth control is used. Nothing happens by "mistake" and EVERYTHING happens for a reason! Now, it goes without saying... Condoms SHOULD BE used to keep yourself safe from sexual diseases.
