yes this is normal once you detox and if your healthy and eating right it will phase out and you will feel happier and full of energy but during the process you will feel anxiety and probably start remembering thing people have done to you but hang in there and you will feel great provided your not already facing health issues TRUST ME

I am on day 22, and I still feel fatigue like crazy. (11 year heavy smoker). Dreaming like crazy, though.

Hopefully it gets better with time.

Cheers, and good luck to all.

Decided to make an account. Seems like a good site.

But yah, 11+ years, and the fatigue is crazy. Work is difficult being in an office.

I wonder how long this will last.

I quite 3 days ago, after smoking from age 15, I am now 26. I am so so tired, but when I lay down I can not sleep. I have burts of anger and rage, my hands and back are constantly sweating hot and cold, the sweat is so much when I was driving around a corner the steering wheel slid from my grip. My face has broken out in rashes and I have lines under my eyes that I've never had before. I cry spontansusly, and I don't know what to do what to do with myself. All I want is a bong.

Hello I have been using cannabis daily for about 15 years. I went on a Business training for a week and I have been feeling very fatigue as well. I even had 7 to 8 hours sleep which is more than I usually get. On day 3 of not using I could not sleep. today I feel a bit dizzy. I feel tired like something is wrong. It is not fun and very tough. I am currently on day 8 of not using and hope this goes away soon.

Hey Scott I pretty much have the exact same story as you, the day before yesterday I literally slept all day and could've slept more but I forced myself to get up. I spoke to my counselor yesterday and she said it is normal to still feel tired, foggy, and depressed. The longer you are off of it the symptoms will fade away so she told me to just hang in there.

Hey guys! Wow I posted on this topic one or two years ago. I just got an email that theres new replies. Im gonna say that dont give up k. Dont set up a specific "day" or quit cold turkey or be hard on yourself. The key is to allow your self to make mistakes and be easy on yourself. Because weed feels good. So I smoke now a few puffs of a joint with a friend once a week or once a month.good luck guys.
