6 weeks in, heavy smoker last 8, weekend smoker 4 years before that, tiredness seems to get worse after 2 weeks quitting, used to think effects cleared after 3 days (how wrong I was) but I never seemed to get back to who I was before, now I know, it takes time. Or does it, we can't be stuck like this.
Is there anyone who has returned to their full energy levels yet? Cos this depressed cbf with life state has got to go

Normal. I quit daily smoking 2 times now. IT felt like my body was made of playdough. IT goes away. Promise. I found that exercise helps.

Interesting. I posted here a couple years ago or three when I started trying to fix my life. So now I'm at no drinking almost three months. And for the past few months it's been weed every few weeks or every week. Big improvements. Still haven't made it to the 30 days and more yet but I want to so I'm quitting after Friday. I felt good but since I owe my weed dealer 15 ish bucks I figure I'll quit when I pay him so I can plan it out. I've done this before but haven't totally succeeded yet. I really want to quit for at least a year so I hope making that date will work this time.

Nearly a month now off the weed. Was a chronic daily user for 15 years. No problem to stay off as I've finally realised I don't need it but BOY am I TIRED!!! I had a 1000 times more energy as a stoner! Fantastic to read all the replies and know I'm not alone.

Thanks - helpful. I am tired and need to nap where before quitting I did not. I also eat very healthy and hove no other medical issues. I was starting to be tempted just because I feel worse. Now I will wait it out.
