I do not think she is pregnant but here are some things to think about.
You say you did not cum...but did you have a lot of pre-cum?? Pre-cum is known to contain sperm and can infact cause pregnancy.
Hand to genital sex, meaning she used her hand on your penis and you used your hand on her vagina... but all your bottom half of clothing stayed on. IF she had gotten pre-cum on her hand (or you got it on your hand) and touched herself while being wet and excited there is a small chance that pregnancy could happen, but small.
