i'm 15 years old and nearly 200 pounds. i've always been overweight but its gotten worse these last few years after quiting soccer which kept me active as a kid.

everyone in my family is, or has been, fat. my mom is definitely fat along with my brother, my dad is just kinda chubby, but fit, and my other brother is EXTREMELY fit and very athletic. he's kind of my inspiration because he was once fat but got it turned around.

i have school and work so i can never make a specific time to work out because my schedule is never the same.

can someone on here give me some advice to what to do?

what kind of diet should i try? i'm a healthy eater. i'm a vegetarian so i dont eat junk food and eat tons of veggies and fruits. should i even bother dieting if i already eat healthy?

and can someone find a way for me to schedule a work out? and what kind of work out should i do? i walk every once and a while, but there's no where really to walk around where i live.


any help would be appreciated. i'm sick of living in the town i live in thats filled with thin fit people because fat people stick out like soar thumbs. i'd love to fit in.

I recommend you check out the book "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About," by Kevin Trudeau. My husband was overweight and we tried his weight loss suggestions. He lost about 10 pounds a month. You could try it. I hope it works for you!
