Now, I'm 14, and 164lbs. Now, the thing is, is that I used to weigh 190lbs so things are looking good. Puberty made me slimmer, and while I was "slimming" out, I was working out.
The thing is, I eat healthy, and workout everyday, and have big results in my arms. The thing is, my abs got bigger, but the fat is still there. I'm thinking maybe because I don't do that much cardio. Can anyone back up this problem? Is it cardio, or is there another way to burn my fat?

There are great ways to burn off fat. Get the book "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About," by Kevin Trudeau. There's a chapter on how to lose weight in the book and it's a collection of things that burn fat very well. My husband has been very successful with those techniques.
