hi i am 13 and i weight 75 kg. I am fat. I am on a diet and i have been on this diet for 1 month and sometimes i cheat. Like i stopped eating chips peanut butter jam and all that very fatty food. But sometimes i cant resist it and i eat something unhealthy which is like 2 a week. So i just gain that back. I walk for 20 mins a day and sometimes i do a bit of excersize. I really want to be 50 kg. Before the new year so i can start a new year fresh and be able to fit pretty clothes. Has anyone got any diet ideas or anything like that. I suggest picking up the book "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About," by Kevin Trudeau and read the chapter on weight loss, or the book "The pH Miracle for Weight Loss." (I can't remember the author's name.) Both are very good for tips on losing weight in a healthy manner without ridding yourself of a lot of foods. Also, they tell you about some good exercises, such as using a trampoline, that are very effective.

You are only 13, your body is growing and changing right now and this is the worst time for diet. I know you want to look good, I was fat when I was a child and I know the feeling, but you can do it though other ways too, not dieting.
Focus on a healthy diet, with all nutriments and exercises. You can buy a bike and use it all the time, this way it will be fun too.
