I've tried antifungal cream for a few days and it doesn't seem to be working..
I have these spots on the base of my penis, both the top and bottom. Can someone please identify what it is? I've had it for a while and it's driving me crazy!

I think its some kind of allergy, bt plz dont use any cream or anything else without taking opinion from doctor, thats really sensitive and i think its kinda allergy and will go in some time bt if not plz get it cheked by some doctor...good luck :)

Thanks for responding.... I've had these spots for a couple months (years, maybe?) and they are only in this area. I can't think of anything that would cause an allergic reaction there either. I thought it was jock itch so I've been applying Lotrimin but it doesn't seem to be doing anything....I really hope someone can help me figure out what it is....
