Hi I am 14 and I think that I am going through my early stages of puberty. I am starting to get pubic hair around my groin. I don't have arm pit hair or facial hair. My voice hasn't cracked yet. But puberty isn't my concern is, I have started jacking off sences I was 12 once in awhile and for the past few month i have started to jack off at least 3 times a week and for this past month there some stuff that comes out and the stuff that comes out is clear and sticky is that bad?
Also this month I've noticed that I have pimple like bumps on my testicles that itch and when I itch them they sortta burn is that bad ?

Armpit and facial hair often comes later. You are in puberty.
The clear and sticky stuff you see is either precum or semen, depending upon when it comes out. Semen is usually clear when you first start to ejaculate an then becomes more whitish.
The bumps could just be hair follicles. They can often itch. Try to keep the area clean and dry.
