Can women get pregnant naturally with no fallopian tubes?

Hi Congrats on your miracle and I pray all is well.
I had my first ectopic July 2013 (removal of left tube), another in April of 2015 and the third in October of 2016 (removal of right tube. I literally gave up on hope after that as I have no tubes. I still have both of my ovaries. Is IVF the only option? This is very depressing for me and for women like myself.
Do you have any suggestions? I have seen some women say prenatal vitamins and sex during ovulation and place a pillow under your butt.
Something drew me to this forum today as I didn't realize it was so many women like me and I'm not in this world alone.

So you got pregnant naturally even tho both tubes were removed??

Wow!! This is so amazing. I to had both tubes removed and always wondered if it were possible to have a natural pregnancy without them. I have always been told it's not possible. This gives me so much hope. Thank u so much for sharing your stories.

I'm 29 I've had my tube removed in 2013 my last menstrual was in the middle of April I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back positive so yes it can happen for me it's unexpected and I wasn't trying get pregnant but this I believe it's a miracle and anything can happen
