Hey there I am not a doctor but I do work in the medical field and have a large amount of experience. Is this the first time you guys ever have done anything sexual? Signs of pregnancy will not occur this soon after having sexual contact. So if this is your first time doing things and her first time then I am 99% sure she's not pregnant :) it definitely could be her period getting ready to start if she has had sexual contact in the past it could be an STD. Does it burn when she pees at all? Does she have lower back pain?
