I have taken ovulation tests for the first time and I took it pretty late in my cycle. At least 7 days before my period started and the first test came out positive right away and when I went to see the Dr. she said it was pretty late in my cycle and thst she needed to get some bloodwork done. I took another one today and it came out positive right away. My period is supposed to start on the 23 of this month and I have always experienced premenstrual cramps. It never fails, exactly one week before my period and this month nothing happened. Would it be a good choice to take an early pregnancy test?

Hi daisy. My friend was dealing with the same problem.

Are you trying to get pregnant for a long time or you are just starting to think about this? What does your partner think about it and how old are you?

My friend is 35 years old and she had one miscarriage before she managed to stay pregnant and deliver healthy baby.

It is wise to have a bunch of pregnancy tests if you are working on staying pregnant because some women are more fertile than the others so don’t worry if this time you are not pregnant.

But since you are missing all the signs you are usually having when you need to get your period maybe even if the test turns out negative you should visit your gynecologist and do the blood test. Let us know about the results so we can congratulate you if this month is the month you got pregnant.
