Due to my past six years history of an inability to function normally, with
severe lack of energy, severe headaches, very serious sinus infections (for last two years) has made life very miserable. Have not been able to maintain reliability to my work schedule or function normally in all areas of my life.

I have taken the home saliva test that was recommended and the results indicate that my condition is serious. Infection of my mouth is very noticeable. I am very tired of being sick.
