the patients has no frontal or maxillary pain to palpitation and percussion: eyes watery: nasal mucosa swollen, re, no polyps: oral mucosa pick without lesions: pharynx slightly reddened, no purulent discharge noted: tonsils 2+: ear: no pain elicited: drums: good light reflex, landmarks visualized, no redness, retraction, or fluid noted; submandibular and submental nodes soft slightly enlarged
heart regular rate abd rhythm; no murmurs, rubs on gallops
lung clear to auscultation
abdomen: soft, no masses, no hepatosplenomegaly

This may be a sinus infection, but ask your doctor to put this in leinmanns terms for you (e.g something you can easily understand)
It sounds like sinusitis to me.
