Is anyone familiar with celebrity diets. There is a prom coming up and I want to look like a star :-) Please, help me!
You better start exercising if you want to look fit when prom comes up. And about the celebrity diets… hmm… it’s like this- those diets are, as you might be aware focused on rapid weigh loss. There are many variations on celebrity diets, but most of them are low in carbohydrates and calories. Some celebrity diets focus on foods high in protein, some use fruit and vegetables.
If you do decide for celebrity diets, you must know that these diets are water soluble, which means, that you will probably loose some weight, but you will also gain it back (if you continue with your life- style). In the long run- there is no success, even more, health concerns!
