Hey all,

I'm new to this forum but was hoping I could get some advice. I used to run a decent amount but went through some health problems. I found out I can't eat gluten or lactose products and now want to get back on the trail. Does anyone have any advice on how to stay hydrated and properly nourished that has one or both of these problems? It would be very appreciated. As of now I just eat protein veggies but it is hard to find carbs other than fruit and rice pasta. Thanks!
