Hallo,
I am not sure if you are thinking about supplements that will help you gain more muscles and more weight or you just search for an answer how can this be done natural way. My suggestion would be to avoid these supplements as much as you can. It is best for you to eat more calories then you spend during the day and this will give you more weight. On the other hand you want more muscles so you have to work out. The good option would be to go to the gym and lift weights or find some plan that will help you build a better body.
