I am 22 years old and over the past year when i drink i sometimes get chest pains after one drink... but if i keep drinking they go away... and it doesn't happen everytime... does anyone have any idea why this happens? I know it isn't heartburn...

Your chest pain may or may not be related to your drinking alcohol if it doesn't happen everytime. They could have occurred at the same time by chance. Since you know it isn't heartburn, have you talked to your doctor about this? You are probably too young to have angina. You may have acute pneumothorax or osteochondritis that spontaneously resolves by itself.
