I am a 31 year Old male, and I get the chest pain every now and then, but right now, especially today, Ive had the chest pain under my left breast, and i cant breath hard, because then it just hurts worse. I have to slow my breath down to stop it from hurting, and take shallow breaths. I was even watching stand up and when i laughed it started hurting too. I googled Chest Pain under left breast to find this page, but I dont see any posts saying whats happening, or what i should do

I've had the same pain for at least 5 years but it has nothing to do with my breathing. I'm 44 and it is really painful today. I haven't been able to lie on my left side for years. It always becomes too uncomfortable. I was wondering if any of you work out? I work out a lot and wonder if it could be pulled muscles?
