I have a pain in the left side of my chest when I move in certain directions. It also occurs if I take a deep breath, but only for maybe the first 2 breaths.

The pain starts about an inch from the center of my chest. I think the pain started today - maybe I slept the wrong way. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Thanks.
