I ended up in th ER thinking I was having a heart attack. My symptoms;pains in legs, left arm gets tingling and numb, chest pain, shortness of breath and overall discomfort. Turns out there is nothing wrong with my heart, no blockages nor enlargement. Usually the pains in my chest has lasted for more then a 20 to 30 minutes. But recently the pain lasted 2 hours pr more.The pain felt like it was right inside my heart. The doctors I went to don't seem to care, they give me meds after meds nothing seem to work

Your symptoms are pretty much similar to the ones my brother has experiencing for about two months now. The situation was pretty similar like yours in ER and we were relieved when the doctors told us that there is nothing wrong with his heart, but also we are now worried to find out what is going on. Medications they gave him are not helping and he is afraid of this pain, and while he is in pain he is just lying down.
I was wondering since you have posted this question one year ago, have you find out what was in question, and how did you solve your problem. thank you in advance for your answer.

I had to spend the night in the hospital with pain in my chest. It felt like somebody laying on my chest, it was really heavy. The doctor said no heart attack, but muscle spasms around my heart. I got no meds. What do I do?
