Hi im 14 years old and about 3 days ago i think i had anxity attack .... Well after that i have been experiencing chest pain and tightness , Stomach pain/tightness and one day i felt like my neck was getting tight as well really scared the hell out of me. Now its just constent pain with chest / tightness and back pain . Very scared please need answers
