I get vibrations in my chest and arms as I fall asleep and they often seem to waken me. They never happen while I am fully awake. When I touch the arm that is vibrating like a cellphone I cannot feel the vibrations with the other hand. I know it is nothing to do with the heart. Has anyone had a head MRI that showed a cause, or other explanation?
