My ex-boyfriend always had problems with his back and every time I ask him if he has been to chiropractor the answer is "no." he had tried muscle relaxants, orthopedic doctors, acupuncture, massage, etc. I will strongly encourage him to go but somehow he won’t really consider it. I try to explain how the other things will not help if the root of the problem is not corrected, how it's harmless and painless, but it doesn't seem convincing to him.

I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for 15 years and have always felt better after a treatment and never worse. Patients who receive massage therapy also "feel good" after treatment. The problem is the lack of evidence that it treats almost every ailment that is commonly claimed and of course, many others do not perceive any benefit. But if you as me the reason why chiropractic will always be around and have loyal patients is because it works
