I have same thing cold sensation like water/rain drops/dripping on my all body around everyday since now 4 months, also Nervousness, Heart pounding and chest pain feeling like i going to faint but nothing happened. I went ER lots of nothing find anything, now waiting my neurologist appointment within 3 weeks.
