I've always been a little sketched out by vitamins but I think that this article is a pretty fair treatment of it and I feel more comfortable with the idea. Thanks for opening my eyes. :-)
I would like to find out what Vitamins can cause Heart Damage ie. Magnesium or any others. How would I find this out?
