I had the exact same feeling last year for several days. I figured out that I had not been drinking enough water during the day. I was working a lot and drinking diet coke for almost all my thirst needs. I started drinking a lot of water and that cured my problem.

Some things to consider are lifestyle factors (anxiety, what you eat/drink, exercise, etc.) and a possible medical cause. For the last factor you should visit a doctor to rule out any underlying disease as you won't know for sure otherwise.
If there isn't a medical cause I would advise you to limit all possible diuretics in your diet. This means no coffee, no alcohol, limit salt, limit sugar, only drink water and only drink when you're thirsty or sweating. Mineral water or cranberry juice are recommended drinks. Understand that your body regulates the amount of urine produced based on several factors, an important of which is what you eat/drink. In general, it's always a good idea to eat a healthy, balanced diet tuned to your biology. It won't be exactly the same as what others eat so experiment to find what makes you feel best in the long term.
To combat possible anxiety it's useful to pick up meditation or HRV training (google it). This brings a long and unforgiving journey, but I promise you it's worth it.
It's worth trying some adaptogen herbs once or twice a week when you need to be calm. Ashwaganda has been researched the most and is safe to try. Besides adaptogens, theanine is known to aid relaxation. Theanine is found in tea but fairly small quantities so a supplement (suntheanine is best) will help.
Combined with the above I strongly suggest one (or two, three, depending on your feeling) intense workout doing whatever sport you like. Move around a lot during the day, take walks, ride your bike to work, anything to move around at a low intensity.
Lastly, stop masturbating for a while. This might sound weird but the pelvic muscle can get strained when you do this too much, and I'm sure every guy has noticed urinating is different after an orgasm. Again, this might work, it might not. At least it's worth to try two to three weeks without masturbating.
