The past two days, I've eaten a large meal, and less then an hour later I was starving again... still craving more.
I don't have any idea whats wrong, and don't have insurance currently to see a physician unless I have to.
Oh, also. I did somewhat give up soft drinks at th beginning of the month. I haven't given them up completely but have cut back a lot.
I haven't had any other problems (fatigue, irritability, headaches...)
Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you are craving the soft drinks.
You could try having soft drinks with no added sugar or healthier versions so you still have that drink that your body craves.
It may be hard but try eating smaller meals more often if you can.
Some people claim that they stay satisfied for longer with more frequent meal times.
As for myself, I am currently recovering from an eating disorder.
I have found that at first, I ate around 300kcals a day whilst losing weight- I don't have a clue how I managed it- Then, when I came out of hospital and was under a dietician etc. I found that I forced large amounts of food into me. At first, I made myself sick becaue it hurt so much and also, I didn't want to put weight on. But after a while, I stopped throwing up and carried on eating. A few months on I am now constantly hungry and cannot get food out of my mind. No matter what I try to do, I always have a craving for food. Once I have eaten I feel I must eat more. Even when I am full-Which is not very often because I stay full for around 20 minutes. I feel asthough this feeling is in the back of my mind but is becoming a reality- I felt as if I had to force myself with food to replace all the food that I didn't eat and now I need that food because I actually feel hungry now rather than me just having the urge.

My family has a very slimming metabolism, doubled by our poor appetites.
over the holidays i frequently forgot to eat, usually surviving on dinner, without feeling hungry lol
When i went back to school and my regular eating routine, suddenly i couldn't get enough of food!!!
I'm constantly hungry even when i eat my weight of food in a day.
