    I'm 19 and I just keep eating junk food so much, I abhor the fact that I feel fat majority of the times. Am 5'5 and I weight 138 lbs. 2 years ago I would hardly eat, or feel hungry. no I constantly feel hunger for junk food and chocolate. 0ver the past 2 years I've put on 20 pounds. I go to the gym once a week for 2 hours. My belly is getting big like a muffin, my thighs are huge, my favorite watch can hardly fit my wrist. I need help. I want to stop this craving.  Am still eating whenever am not hungry, gosh i hate it !! period. a afraid am that i have lost control. help me now . I am going to college next fall!!
