Is it possible for me to be pregnant if my boyfriend fingered me after he had sperm on his hand? The sperm had dried, and then he washed his hands before fingering me, so is this still possible? In all it was probably about 45 mins between him contacting sperm and his fingers going inside of me. I thought that I had heard that it would've dried by them and become non-working.

It is not likely. Washing would had eliminated any sperm. But it would have had to have been at a fertile time anyway for pregnancy to ensue. You haven't said whether it were (or not)
