My period was 2 weeks late last month and it was very heavy. However, I missed my period this month. After 3 weeks of cramping but no period I decided to take pregnancy test and found out that i was pregnant. Is it possible that I was pregnant before my last period?

The fact that your period was two weeks late can indicate that pregnancy had already taken place before that. However, heavy bleeding during pregnancy usually indicates miscarriage. It's quite common to have a miscarriage and still get positive pregnancy tests for a month or so afterwards. This is because the hcG levels have not gone down all the way yet. You need to see you gyn asap to see if your still pregnant. There's a good chance that you miscarried. You might even still have some of the uterine lining in your uterus which is causing all the cramping. You need to see a gyn asap to make sure you don't get an infection.
