As long as there was NO penetration of the vagina, there is ZERO chance of her being pregnant! The sperm HAVE to be inside the opening of the vagina - at least - to even have a chance of pregnancy! So NO need for Plan B - as these are LOADED with hormones and can cause major period changes OK?

It's ALL about sperm meeting an egg - No Egg, No Conceiving! So it ALL depends on if she was ovulating at that time! And you can be as regular as clock work, then the ovulation will be wonky for lack of sleep, pills, illness, hormones etc.
