I have been on the pill for about a year now and every time I get my period its always on the same day for the same amount of time. This time however its different. It started a day late and its alot lighter. Plus Im having bad cramps (which I stopped getting after first using the pill) but theres not a lot of bleeding like there normally is when you get cramps. I had protected sex about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I think I was a late in taking one pill but other than that Ive done everything normal. I took a home pregnancy test just to see and it was negative.

Is it normal for this to happen when ur on the Pill? Arent your periods while on the pill were always the same? Could it be due to stress or too much exercise?

Please help!
